HOW TO BUILD A COMPUTER

In our modern life, computer takes an important part. It help us connecting people all over the world. We can now sit at our desk, make a telephone call from our computer, and connect to a network that will allow us to find out information in the computer from everywhere. How to use a computer is easy, but how to build a computer is a hard problem. There are some important ways that will help us building successfully.
Before we can begin, we have to prepare some basic materials. If we want to build a computer we need motherboard, processor, ram, video card, case, power supply, hard drive, optical drive, keyboard, mouse, and finally we also need speakers. These are the most important parts that make up a computer. It is easy to buy them at some electric shop, supermarket or market. Remember that before we do anything inside the computer we always have to study carefully.
One of the stages of building a computer is adding processor and ram. Two main parts-processor and ram must be added to the motherboard. First we unwrap the motherboard then put it on the table. After that we continue to unwrap the processor. It will come with its own fan. Next align marked corners of processor and socket. Then put the fan and motherboard, the fan will come with instruction. Finally, we have to install ram with firm pressure. Be careful when we do every step.
The second stage is taking all parts inside the case, power supply, motherboard, and 15 wires. First, cover plate come with motherboard, we will hear a click when in place and spacers will come with rhe motherboard. We should be patient and careful because it is difficult to get the motherboard into the case and see which whole on the motherboard are going to actually match up with the whole. Next we line up the screw holes with case and line up motherboard with the plate and spacers. Be careful when we install screws because it is an important part which is used to secure power supply. There will be an obvious connector for the motherboard and another small four pin connector gives power to the CPU -the brain of the computer. Also, we have to install hard disc by using a bracket which come with screws and we need to set up CD drive by using any available power connector to connect CD drive with supplied cable. Besides, we have to buy ports to connect with some peripherals such as modem, digital camera, or scanner. Finally, we load software to tell the computer what to do.
Building a computer requires skills, preparation, patience and the knowledge of computer. In fact, if you are successful you will save money and get a lot of fun.
